It’s very easy to spend a fortune on rebranding or rebuilding your law firm or chambers website and then ruin it all with poorly judged copywriting. Whether printed brochures or social media (or everything in between) the tone of voice you use is a reflection of your organisational personality, as well as communicating the ways you go about winning work, understanding clients and delivering legal expertise.
In this one hour workshop Helen Foord will take you through the process of establishing a tone of voice – covering target audience personas, communication touch points, communicating feelings/emotions/values, calls-to-action, engaging with your audience, key words, testing your tone of voice and adapting it for different audiences and forms of communication.
This is an introductory session designed to underpin any rebranding or communications planning.
