Real world impact in annual reporting
Designed for: In-house marketing managers and Partners
In the corporate world annual reporting has been a staple of the New Year, an opportunity to share highlights and news of financial performance. But in the legal sector, it’s something reserved for a handful of the very largest, global firms, with a few others doing round-ups of the legislative year but not their own performance.
But this really misses a trick. Focusing only on the finances fails to communicate in a ‘real world’ way. Law firms need to be looking out for ways to communicate with the outside world in a more ethically-focused way, drawing in social and environmental impact, alongside financial performance. An annual report can be a wonderful opportunity to show readers the sort of firm you are – your approach to doing business and performance against ‘all’ goals, not only financial ones.
In this one-hour session, creator of The Purpose Pathway, Helen Foord, will take you through the background to impact reporting, the Triple Bottom Line, and best practice for ‘real world’ annual reporting. Drawing on examples from across the legal sector and wider B Corp world, Helen will not only explain how it can be done but the benefits for clients and internal communications.
This training is delivered by Zoom. All participants will receive a pack of information including slides and template documents.
